What do you do in the middle of a hot summer?
Why ... knit mittens! of course. Don't ask me why but I started knitting some munstersockens for myself using odd bits of leftover sock yarn and before I knew it they decided to fingerless mitts instead. I love them.

same here: its 30 degrees outside (summer in HOlland means no more than 3 weeks of sunny weather, rest of the year: Rain, rain and rain) ) and I am sitting inside knitting mittens because its to hot to knit outside.
