To fit a woman's foot using fingering/sock weight yarn. I've used a long 18 stich repeat especially to showcase self-patterning or self-striping yarn.

If you knit this pattern, I would love you to send me a link to a pic of your finished socks!

CHEVRON SOCKS – to fit woman’s foot
-For best results use self-patterning or self-striping yarn

Materials: fingering/sock yarn. 100gr/464 yds (425 m.)

HEEL: K18 from needle 1 and slip last 18 sts. from needle 3 onto end of same needle for heel. (36 sts.)

Knit sts from 1st needle onto 3rd needle.
Kitchener stitch ends together.
Work 2nd sock same as first.

Variation: Work Cuff, Heel and Toe in a solid color.
Yarn choice tips: this pattern is especially written to showcase the patterns in self-patterning yarns. Self-striping yarns are also a good choice. Variegated (multi-color) yarns not recommended.

Hi there,

Just wanted to mention that I've got your chevron socks in progress out of the new Tofutsies yarn from SWTC. I'll definitely post a picture when they're done.
